1. Provider and acceptance
QuoteSuite is owned and operated by Drevica Worldwide Private Limited, having its registered office at 12, Samarpan Tower, Naranpura, Ahmedabad – 380013, Gujarat, India. By purchasing, accessing or using QuoteSuite, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
2. Service
QuoteSuite provides travel professionals with tools for preparing, editing, managing and sharing travel quotations, customer records, ready packages and related agency workflows. Features may include AI-assisted content, third-party travel data and communication integrations.
3. Accounts and authorised use
You must provide accurate business and contact information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring that your team uses QuoteSuite lawfully. Access may not be resold, sublicensed, reverse engineered or used to transmit unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
4. Plan, fees and taxes
The currently offered Lifetime Free Plan carries a one-time fee of ₹4,500 plus applicable taxes. It includes the features and limits shown on our Pricing Details page. Usage-based AI actions, wallet deductions, additional users or services outside the included plan may carry separate charges displayed before purchase or use.
5. Customer content and AI-assisted output
You retain responsibility for supplier documents, customer details, images and other content entered into QuoteSuite. You must have authority to use that content. AI-assisted and third-party data may contain errors; all itineraries, prices, availability, visa information, schedules, policies and customer-facing details must be reviewed by the travel professional before being shared or relied upon.
6. Intellectual property
QuoteSuite, its software, interface, branding and original materials belong to Drevica Worldwide Private Limited or its licensors. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable plan, subject to these terms.
7. Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party payment, AI, maps, travel-data, image or communication providers. Their availability and terms may change, and your use of those services may also be subject to their respective policies.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep QuoteSuite available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, provider outages and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability. Support is available at quotesuite@drevica.in and +91 98259 90878.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where payment is reversed, information is fraudulent, security is threatened, these terms are materially breached, or use is unlawful. You may stop using the service at any time; refund eligibility is governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteSuite is provided on an “as available” basis. Drevica Worldwide Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, supplier failures or decisions made using unverified content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the service.
